SOFT CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT COOKIES

INGREDIENTS​

PREPARATION​

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until it is homogeneous.

  3. Form a dozen 1.5-inch balls or use a small ice cream spoon of equal measures. Place on a baking sheet, about 2 inches from each other.

  4. Put in the oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the plate for 5 minutes before removing and serving.
